Events place specific demands on the cloakroom: the venue is often temporary, the staff may vary, and the number of visitors can be difficult to predict accurately. Whether it’s a company party for 80 employees, a gala for 500 guests, or a networking drinks event in a hired city hall — the cloakroom must be fully operational immediately without complicated setup.

Unpack, set up, start

Pre-printed coat tickets offer the most flexible solution for events. No fixed infrastructure is needed, no power supply, and no pre-trained staff. Each ticket consists of two identical halves with the same unique number: one for the owner, one with the coat. This guarantees order, even if several people check their belongings in at the same time.

Organise per number block

A set of 1000 tickets is supplied in two blocks of 500. For larger events, it’s wise to assign a cloakroom attendant in advance and allocate each person their own block. This prevents overlap and makes distribution at departure — always the busiest time — considerably faster. Always order a buffer of 20% above the expected number of guests.

Multi-day events and sessions

For multi-day events or events with morning, afternoon, and evening programmes, colour changes per session work perfectly: this way you know exactly which numbers were active when. A standard set of 1000 tickets (from £59) covers most events; for larger numbers simply order additional sets.
