Festivals are the most demanding environment for a cloakroom. Visitor numbers are high, spaces are temporary, staff vary, and guest expectations are simple: quick entry, coat checked, quick exit, coat returned. No queues, no disputes. The system that always works

Paper coat tickets enable fast matching, even when hundreds of visitors are at the exit simultaneously. Each ticket consists of two identical halves with the same number: one half hangs on the coat, the other is carried by the visitor. At departure, the match is made within seconds — no digital dependency, no power outage.

Multiple entrances? Use colours

A set contains 1000 tickets (numbered 1 to 1000, from €59) and is delivered in two blocks of 500. For festivals with multiple entrances or cloakroom points, assign each point its own colour set: point A red, point B blue. Since each set shares the same numbers, the colour keeps the coats neatly separated — regardless of which staff member accepted the coat.
